Novo Nordisk wanted to improve the usage of their insulin pen, and asked us to help them map how the pens was used today. 
We got in contact with a lot of people, all with diabetes, and observed them using the pen, either at home, at work, in restaurants, on the bus etc. 
All the information and data we collected was then sorted and visualized and presented to Novo Nordisk.
My job was to visit the users, interview and observe them, and then organize and visualize the findings.
