When Nilfis ALTO wanted to update the Aero products, they contacted us to help them make the best products on the market.
We started, as usual, with extensive user research, following carpenters, masons, hobbyists and the like, to figure out how they used the vacuum cleaners today, what they liked and what was challenging.
Based on the input we got, we developed a line of vacuum cleaners tailor made for the professional market, with lots of clever features that made the everyday life of the craftsmen easier and more efficient.
My job was to partake in the user research and translate those findings into the products. I was also in charge of the physical models used for review and testing.
